Elizabeth’s volunteer work and church participation further demonstrate her commitment to giving back to the community she loves.
Elizabeth has transitioned from her previous role in marketing to focus full-time on commercial accounts. She particularly enjoys working with large apartment complexes and rental properties—some of her favorite accounts in the office. She now handles all commercial accounts for our agency, bringing a personalized and knowledgeable approach to helping local businesses protect their assets and prepare for the future with options like commercial property and liability insurance. Kaitlin “Kati” Boyd brings more than a decade of customer service experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, along with two years of experience in the insurance industry. With a genuine passion for helping others, Kati is dedicated to creating positive, memorable experiences and making insurance feel a little easier to navigate.
Around the office, Kati is our point guard—keeping things moving and making sure customers get the help they need. She’s often the first to answer the phone and is our go-to for bill payments, Drive Safe & Save, insurance quotes, policy questions, and customer service. She’s also our swag order taker, hostess with the mostess, and “quote sheet queen,” helping customers get started with quotes for products such as auto insurance and home insurance.
